By uploading the headshot and/or action photo(s) above, I confirm that I am the copyright owner of the submitted photo(s), or that I have obtained all necessary rights, permissions, and licenses from the copyright owner (including any third-party photographer) to submit, share, and use the photo(s) for the player's highlight reel and recruiting assets. I understand that photographs taken by a third party — including team photographers, event photographers, or other individuals — are the intellectual property of that photographer or their agency unless rights have been explicitly transferred or licensed, and that I am solely responsible for securing any such rights before submission. I agree to hold Apex Reel harmless from, and to accept sole responsibility and liability for, any claim, dispute, or damages arising from a submitted photo for which the necessary rights were not obtained, including claims of copyright infringement.

I authorize Apex Reel to feature the above-named player on Apex Reel's official social media platforms — including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube — for the purpose of showcasing player profiles, highlight reels, and recruiting announcements. Any content posted will be professional in nature, used solely to promote the player's recruiting profile, and will not include personal contact information. Content will not be repurposed for paid advertising without separate written consent.

I authorize Apex Reel and its commercial partner Soccer World Central to display highlight reels, player profile assets, and Apex Reel promotional content featuring the above-named player on in-store television screens and digital displays at Soccer World Central retail locations. This use is strictly for non-paid, in-venue promotional purposes to raise visibility within the soccer community. No content will be broadcast, streamed publicly, or used in paid advertising without separate written consent.

I grant Apex Reel the non-exclusive right to use photographs, video footage, and likeness of the above-named player solely for professional recruiting and scouting purposes. This includes use within the player profile document, highlight reels, and digital recruiting assets. Apex Reel will not sell, license, or distribute any media to third parties for commercial gain without prior written consent. All media is used exclusively in the context of player recruitment and professional development.

I consent to Apex Reel collecting, storing, and using personal information provided in this form — including name, contact details, date of birth, academic records, and athletic statistics — for the sole purpose of producing recruiting assets. This information will not be shared with third parties without prior consent, except where explicitly provided to coaches, scouts, or institutions as part of the recruiting process at the direction of the player or parent/guardian.

I acknowledge that Apex Reel uses artificial intelligence (AI) and automated software tools as part of its production process. These tools may assist with tasks such as video clip selection and editing, player tracking and telestration, the design and layout of profile and stats assets, and the drafting of written copy or captions. AI is used to improve the speed, consistency, and presentation quality of deliverables. AI is never used to fabricate, alter, exaggerate, or misrepresent the player's actual on-field performance — all footage reflects genuine game or training action, and every deliverable is reviewed by Apex Reel before it is finalized. Footage and information provided may be processed by trusted third-party AI or software services solely for the purpose of producing your assets, and will not be sold or publicly distributed by Apex Reel.

Where the above-named player is under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent on behalf of the minor. By agreeing below, the parent or legal guardian confirms they have the authority to grant the rights described in Waivers 1 through 3 on behalf of the minor, and that all information provided is accurate and truthful. All content produced will be strictly for professional recruiting purposes and will not be shared or published publicly without explicit consent.
